The aim of this diploma thesis is to propose the most optimal variant of financing the investment project of the winery. The core of the work is to comparative analysis of a subsidy programme, a bank loan and a leasing. The diploma thesis is consists of two main parts. In the theoretical part, I am going to explain the sources of project financing and ways which determine the effectiveness of the project. The practical part evaluates the management of the winery and describes budget of project. In conclusion, I suggest the specific possibility of project financing.

The draft part itself is dealing with the possibility of building a training center at the company Oprox, Inc. with the support from the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation. The result consists of an outline of the application for support through the Investment and Business Development Agency called CzechInvest.

Based on the results of methods of the evaluation of economic efficiency of investment is decided on the implementation and drafted their own proposals and recommendations.

The analysis of the background concerning the financing ecological investments in the Czech Republic is the integral part of thesis. The practical part of the thesis shows if the ecological project could be interesting and beneficial for investors. The Cost Benefit Analysis could be instrumental for finding out the relevant information.
